6. User-Generated Content

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. xkjambassadorship takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content submitted by you or any third party.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws. However, we do not have any obligation to monitor or review User-Generated Content, and we are not responsible for any content that is posted by users.

7. Payment Terms

Some services offered on xkjambassadorship may require payment. By using such services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the services. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase, and you are responsible for any taxes or fees that may apply.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. xkjambassadorship is not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise during the payment process. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event of a dispute regarding any payment, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge to resolve the issue. Failure to do so will result in the waiver of your right to dispute the charge.

In no event shall xkjambassadorship’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services. However, we reserve the right to retain your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
